Personal responsibility as CLAKS-User

- Each user has an individual password which shall not be passed on - and is to be changed regularly.
- User may change location and fill level of containers
- User may NOT give a container to an other user - UNLESS
the other user confirms the transfer
- _Taking Toxins_ from a container
MUST be registered (Giftbuch).
- Emptying and disposing of containers has to be registered
by changing the status TO "Disposed"
(the entry becomes invisible;
nevertheless, its history remains for the "Giftbuch")
